The Choir is holding an ‘Open Rehearsal’ at the Globe Theatre, Hay on Wye at 7.30pm on 14th November. Come and see us, join in if you wish and enjoy a drink and chat in the bar afterwards.
Formed in 1969 Talgarth Choir has been
entertaining audiences for over 50 years. During this period, hundreds of
concerts have been given throughout the United Kingdom and a considerable
sum has been raised for numerous charities. The choir has sung
on numerous occasions at the Royal
Albert Hall, at the Millennium Stadium
and, as part of Remebrance Day concerts, at St. David's Hall, Cardiff.
The choir has visited Holland as part of a combined Welsh Choir and have
had tours to Brittany, Italy, Spain
and to Belgium where they sang at the
Menin Gate on two memorable occassions.
